Selling Process & Important Notes

1. Take photos of the actual item, including:

   • Front / Back / Both sides / Bottom / Four corners

   • Interior compartment

   • Accessories / Receipt / Dust bag / Serial number (on bag)

2. Send the photos to us via WhatsApp.

3. After receiving your inquiry, we will provide an initial buyback quote as soon as possible.

4. Schedule an appointment for in-store physical inspection of the item.

5. Upon mutual agreement, we will complete the transaction via cash or FPS.

   • The seller must register personal information

   • A valid original Hong Kong Identity Card must be presented for verification

   • Sellers must be aged 18 or above​
