Delivery Terms & Other Conditions
Once an order is confirmed, the customer acknowledges that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms. All items are single units only. Sales are finalized on a first-come, first-paid basis.
Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept order cancellations or returns.
Once a deposit has been made for an item, the maximum transaction period is one week. Deposits forfeited after the deadline.
For deliveries by mail, all cost and risks shall be borne by the customer. If the customer wishes to insure the purchased item, they must contact the courier company directly for pricing and notify us prior to the final payment of the item.
Online Purchases – Delivery Service:
If the customer opts for a delivery service, the full payment together with the shipping fee (if any) must be paid via the payment methods stated below. Upon confirmation of receipt of payment (generally within 3–7 business days), MSH Luxury Collective will dispatch the item(s) within 2–3 business days to the address provided by the customer. A tracking number will be sent via email after dispatch. As courier companies may experience delivery delays, customers should contact the courier company directly to check the shipment status.
For urgent orders, customers may contact us for enquiries.
Customers who choose the mailing option must collect the parcel within the time specified by the courier company. If the parcel is not
collected on time, we will not accept refunds, and the customer must contact us within 2 business days.
Customers must ensure that all delivery information (including address, phone number, and recipient name) is accurate.
MSH Luxury Collective will not verify delivery information. If any error occurs that is not caused by the negligence of MSH Luxury Collective, the company shall not bear any responsibilities.
MSH Luxury Collective is not affiliated with any brand. All trademarks and copyrights contained in the product images and text are owned by and remain the property of the respective brands.
MSH Luxury Collective reserves the right to amend the Delivery Terms and Other Conditions without prior notice. Customers may refer to the latest version on our website.
In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right of final decisions.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept order cancellations or returns.
Customers may request that MSH Luxury Collective buy back the item at 60% of the purchase price within 5 days of the date of purchase, provided that the original receipt and the item sold by our store are retained. (Both the purchase date and the return date count as separate days, and the condition of the returned item and accessories must be identical to the condition at the time of purchase.)
MSH Luxury Collective reserves the right to exercise and interpret this Return & Exchange Policy, including the right to cease accepting
return requests.
In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right of final decisions.
