Consignment Process

1. The Consignor shall photograph the item from the following angles and details: front, back, sides, bottom, four corners, interior compartments, accessories, receipts, labels/stickers, and serial number (if any).

2. The Consignor shall submit the photographs to our Company via WhatsApp.

3. Upon receipt of the photographs, our Company will provide an initial recommended consignment price within a reasonable time.

4. Thereafter, an appointment shall be made for an in-person inspection at our physical store. The final consignment price shall be determined after such inspection.

Consignment Period

1. The minimum consignment period is thirty (30) days. If the Consignor retrieves the item within less than thirty (30) days from the commencement of the consignment period, a service fee of HKD 500 shall be payable.

2. If the Consignor wishes to retrieve any consigned item, the Consignor shall notify our Company at least two (2) business days in advance.

Successful Sale and Service Fee

1. Upon successful sale of the item, our Company shall charge a service fee of 10% of the consignment price, provided that the minimum service fee per item shall be HKD 500.

2. For any single item with a consignment price exceeding HKD 50,000, the service fee shall be 8% of the consignment price.

1. Upon completion of the transaction between the Consignor and the buyer, our Company shall deposit the net proceeds, after deducting the service fee, into the bank account designated by the consignor via bank transfer within approximately seven (7) working days.

General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Eligibility Requirement)

The Consignor must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Article 2 (Identification)
The Consignor shall present a valid identity document for verification and record-keeping purposes. Our Company undertakes not to disclose relevant information to any third party for any other purposes.

Article 3 (Right of Refusal)
Our Company reserves the sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject any item for consignment or resale.

Article 4 (No Guarantee of Sale)
Acceptance of an item for consignment shall not constitute any warranty or guarantee that the item will be successfully sold.

Article 5 (Early Retrieval Fee)
If the Consignor retrieves the item within thirty (30) days of consignment, a service fee of HKD 500 shall be payable. If a third-party buyer has placed a deposit on the consigned item, the Consignor shall not retrieve the item.

Article 6 (Retrieval Procedure)
If the Consignor wishes to retrieve an item, the Consignor shall notify our Company no less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance by verbal or electronic means, and shall present the original Goods Consignment Agreement and a valid identity document at the store where the item was originally consigned.

Article 7 (On-Site Inspection upon Retrieval)
Upon retrieval of the item, the Consignor shall conduct an immediate on-site inspection. Any claim or complaint raised after retrieval shall not be accepted by our Company.

Article 8 (Failure to Return Item after Retrieval Request)
If our Company is unable to return the item to the Consignor within thirty (30) days after the Consignor has given a retrieval notice, the transaction shall be deemed as the item having been sold. The Consignor expressly agrees not to claim any additional compensation on the grounds of rarity, uniqueness, commemorative value, appreciation potential, sentimental value, or any other reason.

Article 9 (Return of Item by Our Company)
Our Company may, without giving any reason, decide to return the item to the Consignor. If the Consignor fails to collect the returned item within thirty (30) days after receiving the return notice, our Company may dispose the item in any manner it deems appropriate (including destruction). In such event, our Company shall not be required to account for the method of disposal to the Consignor and shall be entitled to retain any proceeds arising from such disposal.

Article 10 (Force Majeure)
Our Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the consigned item caused by force majeure (including but not limited to war, civil unrest, natural disaster, or any event beyond our Company's reasonable control).

Article 11 (Amendment of Terms)
Our Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The latest version shall be published on our Company's website. Continued consignment of an item by the Consignor after such amendment shall constitute the Consignor's acceptance of the amended terms.

Article 12 (Handling of Counterfeit Items)
If, after appraisal, the consigned item is determined to be a counterfeit, replica, or infringing fake, our Company shall have the right to:
(a) charge the Consignor an appraisal service fee of HKD 800; and
(b) hand over the item to the police and/or customs authorities for handling.

Article 13 (Right of Interpretation and Reservation of Rights)
In the event of any dispute, our Company shall have the final right of interpretation of these terms and conditions. Our Company reserves all rights not expressly granted under these terms and conditions.
